Cancellation/Refund Policy


Standard Refund/Cancellation Policy.
All Requests Must Be In Writing.

For cancellations 30 days or more before the start of your camp, we will mail you a check for the full amount paid less a $35 cancellation fee.

 For cancellations within 10 days or less before the start of your camp, no refunds will be given for any reason including illness or injuries that may occur before, during, or after the camp has started.

Please keep in mind that basketball is an intense sport and injuries to participants are a possibility during the camps. We urge all campers to attend the camps in excellent physical condition.

All refund requests must be in writing and be received at Hoop Mountain Midwest's office at the address shown at the bottom of the page by August 16, 2012.

 

 


Don’t Forget Important Details That Help Make A Great Camp Experience...

Noah Select Shooting System: If you would like to pre-pay for Noah sessions, add $12 on the registration form. Campers registered for the Shooting/Offense camp do not have to pay because the cost is included in their camp price.

Here Are Two Ways You Can Save
When You Register...

Early Bird Discount- Available when you register by May 15, 2012 and if the camp fees are paid in full by that date.  Subtract $20 per camp on the registration form.

Multi-Camp Discount: Our camps are scheduled so that campers often can flow from one camp that ends at noon on the last day to another that starts at 2:30 pm on the same day. You stay in the same room and eat lunch during the transition. So check this out. If it works in your case and you want to go to two or more camps, subtract $20 on the registration form.
